Prabhu Hospital and Research Center (PHRC) is a tertiary-care hospital in Birgunj Metropolitan City, Madhesh Province. It was created to fill a gap in quality healthcare in the region — bringing experienced doctors and modern technology together, at a cost families can manage.
Today the hospital is one of the more widely used in Birgunj and across Madhesh Province. Care is organised within a multi-disciplinary framework, with clinical strengths in gynaecology and obstetrics, general and laparoscopic surgery, urology and endo-urology, orthopaedics and spine surgery, internal medicine, paediatrics and neonatology, psychiatry, ENT, dentistry, dermatology and radiology.
