OPD & consultations
Outpatient (OPD) consultations run Sunday to Friday. You can walk in or book ahead — booking ahead means less waiting.
- General OPD hours: Sunday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Individual consultant times vary within those hours — check the doctor's profile page, or call reception on 051-520259 to confirm when a particular consultant is available.
- Bring any previous prescriptions, reports, scans and a list of your current medicines.

Visiting hours
We keep visiting hours so that patients can rest and wards stay calm.
- Visiting hours: 8:00–10:00 AM, 1:00–2:00 PM and 7:00–8:00 PM.
- Please limit visitors to two at a time per patient.
- Children under 12 and anyone with a cough, cold or fever should not visit the wards.
- One attendant may stay with the patient overnight where the ward allows it.
Admission
- Admission is arranged by your treating consultant or through the emergency department.
- Bring a photo ID, previous medical records, and details of any insurance you hold.
- The admissions desk will explain the estimated cost, room options and deposit before admission.
- Private cabin rooms are available subject to availability.
Discharge
- Your consultant decides when you are ready to go home and writes a discharge summary.
- The discharge summary lists your diagnosis, treatment, medicines and follow-up plan — keep it safe.
- Settle the final bill at the billing counter; the pharmacy can dispense your take-home medicines.
- Ask any questions about medicines, wound care or activity before you leave.
Emergency
The emergency department is open 24 hours, every day.

- Come straight to the emergency entrance — you do not need an appointment.
- If someone is unconscious, not breathing normally, or has severe chest pain or heavy bleeding, call immediately and start first aid.
Billing, payment & insurance
- Estimated costs for admission and major procedures are explained in advance at the admissions desk.
- Payment is accepted at the billing counter; keep every receipt for your records and for insurance claims.
- If you have health insurance, tell the admissions desk at the time of admission and bring your policy details.
- Insurance partners and cashless arrangements — please confirm directly with the hospital.

What to bring
- A photo ID (citizenship, passport or driving licence).
- All previous prescriptions, laboratory reports and imaging (X-ray, CT, ultrasound).
- A written list of your current medicines and doses, and any known allergies.
- Insurance policy details, if you have cover.
- For an admission: a change of clothes, toiletries and any regular medicines.
