A check-up for anyone with ongoing respiratory symptoms — persistent cough, breathlessness, or a history of smoking or lung conditions.
Blood work covers a full blood count, an absolute eosinophil count, fasting glucose, lipid profile, kidney function (RFT), liver enzymes (SGOT/SGPT), thyroid (TSH), vitamin D and a urine routine test.
Lung and cardiac assessment includes a pulmonary function test (PFT), an ECG and a chest X-ray, with the results reviewed in a pulmonary consultation.
